By accessing or using Schedlia ("Service") provided by AgentCoffee ehf. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Schedlia provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for real estate agents to manage open house events, including collecting visitor information via customized sign-in pages. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Responsibilities

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, including your email address, company name, and full name.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Service.

On behalf of real estate agents, we provide forms to collect open house visitor data, which may include custom fields, email addresses, names, and optional phone numbers.

We do not share collected data with third parties.

6. Payments and Transactions

6.1 Payment Methods

We accept bank cards and PayPal for payments. Payments are processed through Paddle, which also handles tax-related tasks.

6.2 Subscription Plans

Users can register and test the Service with one property. Full functionality is available through a Premium plan subscription.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by AgentCoffee ehf. or its licensors.

8. User Content

8.1 Content Responsibility

Real estate agents can create public open house pages to collect visitor information. You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Service.

8.2 Content Rights

By submitting content, you grant AgentCoffee ehf. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, distribute, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
